Health Office
I am so happy to be the Health Assistant here at Estes. I have two amazing children; one boy and one girl, whom both attend MUSD schools.
Ill or injured students are my first priority when they come into my office.
As a health assistant, I am the contact point for your children whether they need to take medications, are injured, or have any questions or concerns. Please remember that I DO NOT provide medications, only administer. Please note that prescription labels need to be included with prescription medication along with a signed and completed medication form. In addition to caring for the health and wellness of your child at school, I ensure that all student immunizations are current and up to date, and administer hearing and vision screenings.
Every student must have an up-to-date immunization record on file from a documented source, or a signed exemption on the basis of medical or personal belief. To learn about student immunization requirements, and our Health Services Department, please visit the Health & Wellness section of our website.
I work closely with our school secretary, and our attendance clerk, to ensure the health and happiness of our students.
If you have any questions regarding the health and well-being of your child, please contact the Health Office between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
