All MUSD schools and the District were recognized for earning High Reliability Schools Level 1 Certification (Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Schools) at the HRS Summit in San Antonio, TX.

Teachers from Estes Elementary and Twin Peaks K8 received $252,000 in federal funding to launch a professional learning program for Arizona teachers that helps develop social and emotional skills in elementary-age students.
