School Supplies

2024-25 Estes 6th Grade Classroom Supply Lists

* Although Marana Unified provides necessary items to support the curriculum, many students enjoy having their own supplies. The following is a list of items we will be using in sixth grade. 

Individual items that will not be shared:

  • #2 pencils or mechanical with extra lead*
  • Earbuds or headphones 
  • Post-It notes
  •  Glue sticks
  • Scissors (adult size)
  • 1 ½ inch Binder
  • 2-pocket folders in the following colors: 
  • 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 purple
  • 5 spiral bound notebooks
  • 1 pencil box to hold supplies
  • Reusable water bottle (name on it)

Items for shared classroom use:

  • colored markers
  • colored pencils
  • Highlighters
  • erasers
  • Post-It notes
  • Black Sharpies
  • Black dry erase markers (Expo brand recommended)
  • Index cards

Above and Beyond Donations

  • tissues
  • Paper plates and napkins
  • Travel size Deodorant 
  • Wipes-baby wipes or disinfecting wipes
  • White copy paper
  • Colored card stock
  • Gallon size ziploc baggies

* Please keep in mind that supplies may need to be replenished throughout the school year.
